Must receive the first step of the COVID19 vaccination during the FIRST or SECOND of three clinics that will be conducted in your facility by your facility pharmacy provider. Immediately, at the time of receiving the first step of the COVID19 vaccine, you will receive the Visa card.

Another $50 Visa Card

Must receive the second step of the COVID19 vaccination during the SECOND or THIRD clinic conducted in your facility by SeniorCare Pharmacy. Immediately, at the time of receiving the second step of the COVID19 vaccine, you will receive the Visa card.

10 Drawings for $100 Each

At the end of the third vaccination clinic, if you received BOTH steps of the COVID19 vaccination, you will be eligible for 10 separate drawings for $100 each.

$5,000 Grand Prize

If your facility has 90% of the staff participate in the COVID19 vaccination clinics and receive both(2) steps of the vaccine, you will be eligible for a GRAND PRIZE DRAWING of $5000.
